Booking terms and conditions
Arrival and departure times
Cottages and cabins are available from 3 pm
on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 12
noon on the day of departure. Caravan and tent pitches
are to be vacated by 3 pm on the day of departure.
Camping fee
Camping fee system is based on the basic
camping unit (tent, caravan, RV) fee and per person
rates (adult/child). Children up to 15 years of age pay
child rates.
Cancellation of booking
1. Private guests
If cancellation is made later than by 4 pm in the
evening prior to your proposed arrival, we are entitled
to full compensation (100 %) for one night. No
compensation is collected against a doctor´s certificate.
Accommodation terms
Hand-over, use and return of the keys
Cottages and cabins are at the guest´s use from 3 pm
on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Keys are handed over in the Nallikari Holiday Village-
Camping reception and shall be returned there on your
departure. Outside reception opening hours, keys are
returned to the red box on the reception wall. The person
who made the booking is in charge of the key during his/her
stay. If you forget your key in the cottage when the reception
is closed, the fee for door opening is €60. If you lose the key,
lock changing cost shall be charged from you. You are
expected to arrive during the reception opening hours. If you collect
your keys after closing time, this has to be agreed upon in person.
PLEASE NOTE: When booking a cottage or a
cabin, at least one of the party must be over
18 years of age.
Stay at a cabin or cottage
The accommodation price of the cottage or cabin includes
free right of use. When you leave the cabin or cottage, you
are to ensure that all windows and doors are closed. You are
responsible for the cabin or cottage for the booking period.
You are expected to leave the cabin or cottage to its standard
order and tidiness: furniture and other equipment in their place
and in one piece, litter disposed and possible human discharge
cleaned up and removed. If the cabin or cottage is not to its
normal standard, you will be charged afterwards for the cleaning
costs by an hourly rate. Out of consideration for other guests,
noise is to be avoided on the site between 11 pm and 7 am. If a
guest disturbs other guests, Nallikari Holiday Village- Camping
has the right to remove him/her from the site.
Damage, defects and reclamation
All complaints relating to cottage furniture and equipment or condition
shall be made immediately to the staff to ensure repair where
appropriate. All breakage or damage to the cottage and furniture
or equipment must be reported to the staff at the time of occurrence
and paid for. Any unreported damage shall be invoiced in accordance
with true expenses afterwards.
Number of guests
The maximum number of guests in a cottage or cabin is equal to
the number of beds and sofabeds. The number of guests is to be
given when booking. Any extra persons in the cottage or cabin are
the guest´s responsibility and must leave by 11 pm, when the night
time silence begins.
Smoking, pets, lost and found property
No smoking in the cottages and cabins, please. Due to our
non-smoking policy, smoking indoors will result in airing charge
being added to your bill. Pets in the cottage or cabin must be
agreed upon in advance. Pet fee for cottage and cabin
accommodation is 5 euros/night. Nallikari Holiday Village-Camping
can not be held responsible for allergic symptoms or
other problems caused by animal dander or illegal smoking.
Lost property will be kept at the reception for 1 month, after which
period valuable property can be enquired after from the Oulu Police
Lost and Found Department. Cost for posting property left behind
will be charged from the guest.
